Product Description

Fiberglass backing plate of flap disc  

it is cut by puncher from reinforcing netlike fiberglass cloth for grinding wheel. The cloth was coated with phenolic reisn, and then was baked, then the netlike was used as the basal material of grinding wheel which adopts resin as adhesive agent.

The grinding wheel which is made with this basal material has properties of excellent heat resistance, cutting at high speed and great structural strength.

Fiberglass backings plate is specially for making flap disc. The plate is made of the fiberglass which are specially woven and treated in our plant. We have diffrent size, diameter, thickness and even the number of layers for your choice. The surface cover of the substrate can be made of black paper, non-woven cloth or black cloth; OEM sevice also provided.
